1.1 Community well-being action cycle
Develop a single, supportive and enabling framework for sustainable and resilient communities in Wales, which is both responsive to community, voiced needs and leads from the top on key actions.
At its heart is a funding programme with a system of merit awards which:-
  • Recognises and rewards of the work of the "Positive Greens" and investment in them, so they become the lead exemplars for sharing well practice across Wales and more widely.
  • Maximises the good will and readiness of the "Sideline Supporters," a category grouping already engaged in some actions and enabling the acceleration of their contributions to CC action.
