7.2 Recycling/reuse
For those currently doing less (Basic Contributors, Constrained Greens and Consumers with a Conscience) more thorough and proactive recycling can be encouraged.  Given Greens/Independent Greens and Efficiency Focused were already doing a lot in this area, the focus for them needs to be encouraging the continuation of proactive recycling and broadening knowledge of ‘newer’ activities (such as the ‘how to’ and ‘value’ of environmentally friendly disposal).
