5. Mapping available resources
  • Using the good models of support already available to develop a robust framework of resources for Climate Change action by communities.  This needs to be across all funding streams and include the whole range of financial, people and research resources.
  • Commissioning or development of partnerships which may enable the availability of robust evidence on what constitutes effective community action to meet the targets for greenhouse gas emissions in Wales.
