Investment every year from 2009 to 2020 in key demonstration initiatives in public services and business to exemplify and demonstrate the benefits of good CC action for local communities.  Further that the learning from each initiative is recorded, both as a local community narrative and as examples of good practice that can be living record of local action and learning for all, across Wales and beyond.
