4.8 Rejected behaviours
Two key behaviours were commonly rejected by this segment, but for different reasons. Specifically, these were limiting flights because it was felt that they were ‘deserved’, and hybrid, electric and more efficient cars because they were seen as not proven or too ‘slow’.
