5.6 Rejected behaviours
Things which were seen as a step down in terms of quality or status are likely to be rejected by this ‘disinterested’ group, such as re-use, public transport or giving up ones car. Environmentally friendly products where the quality and cost are questioned and there is no perceived added value in terms of status/aspiration were also low interest.
